Vohhu policy
Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you order and use Vohhu digital services.
Who provides the service
Vohhu is a trading name of DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIA LIMITED, company number 14186892, registered in England and Wales. Its registered office and postal contact address is 27 Watling Court, High Street, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 3ET, United Kingdom.
You may order as a business, sole trader, startup, person preparing to start a business, or consumer. If you qualify as a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.
The support, cancellation, refund, complaint and ordinary contractual contact is support@vohhu.com. No business telephone is currently available.
Ordering and payment
Each service page identifies the current scope and price. The server-authoritative price shown at checkout is charged for that order. DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIA LIMITED is not VAT registered, so prices are not described as including VAT. Stripe processes card payments; do not put card details in messages or requirements.
An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and the order is created. We may contact you or decline or stop work if we cannot safely or lawfully provide the service.
Scope and your responsibilities
The purchased service description and the requirements you submit define the agreed scope. You must provide accurate information, have authority to provide account access, files and other materials, and cooperate reasonably so that we can perform the service.
Use the secure access area for passwords, API keys and login details. Do not place credentials in ordinary messages. You remain responsible for keeping copies of your own source material and for reviewing final work before using it.
Delivery, review and changes
Any displayed delivery date is an estimate and planning target, not a guaranteed deadline. It may change if requirements are incomplete, you need to respond, circumstances change, or additional review is needed. Rights under law or an express written agreement remain unaffected.
When work is ready, you may approve it or request one in-scope change in that review cycle. Where consumer law requires repeat performance, we will address the issue within the applicable legal standard. New features, materially different work, or work outside the purchased scope may require a new order, quote or agreement.
Cancellation, early performance and remedies
See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellation instructions and the model cancellation form. The public cancellation route is support@vohhu.com.
Checkout keeps the request to start during the 14-day cancellation period separate from general acceptance: “I request Vohhu to begin providing this service during my 14-day cancellation period. I understand that if I cancel after work has begun, I may have to pay for the service supplied up to the time I cancel. If the service is fully performed during that period, I acknowledge that I will lose my right to cancel once performance is complete.” The control is not preselected.
Checkout records whether the purchase is principally personal or business and stores the applicable versioned evidence per item. Vohhu can assess full or partial item refunds without treating supplier recoverability or payment-processing fees as a reduction in a statutory entitlement.
Intellectual property
After full payment, you receive the rights to use or own bespoke final work created specifically for you, to the extent those rights are owned by and transferable by DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIA LIMITED. We do not promise to transfer rights that we do not own or cannot transfer.
DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIA LIMITED retains its pre-existing and reusable materials, tools, templates, frameworks, libraries, methods, processes, know-how, and generic code or components that were not created exclusively for you. You receive the rights or licence reasonably necessary to use retained Vohhu material incorporated in your purchased deliverable.
Third-party assets, software, libraries, fonts, stock material, open-source components and other third-party materials remain subject to their own licences and terms. We will use customer work publicly as a portfolio item or case study only with separate permission.
Files, access and retention
You must not use the service to break the law, harm others, interfere with systems, distribute malicious content, or provide material you are not authorised to use. We may pause or end access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or misuse.
Deliverable files may remain available for up to 12 months after authoritative Job completion. This retention is enforced, but you should download and keep the files you need. Legal, financial, security and dispute records may be retained separately where required.
Responsibility and liability
We will provide services with reasonable care and skill. We do not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability or outcomes outside the agreed service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Complaints and ADR
Send a complaint to support@vohhu.com or to the registered office. The Director of DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIA LIMITED owns the internal complaints process.
Vohhu does not currently commit voluntarily to an alternative dispute resolution scheme. If applicable law requires information about a competent ADR entity after a complaint reaches deadlock, we will provide the required information without implying voluntary participation. No provider is named until suitability is established.
Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this does not remove mandatory rights or court protections that apply where you live.
