Your legal rights

This policy describes Vohhu's commercial process. It does not remove or restrict any cancellation, repeat-performance, price-reduction, refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

How to cancel

Where a statutory or contractual cancellation right applies, tell us clearly that you wish to cancel. You can use Billing & cancellations in your dashboard, email support@vohhu.com, or write to Vohhu, 27 Watling Court, High Street, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 3ET, United Kingdom. Include enough information to identify the order, such as your name, order number, service and order date.

You may use the model cancellation wording below, but you do not have to use it.

Model cancellation form

To: DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIA LIMITED, trading as Vohhu, 27 Watling Court, High Street, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 3ET, United Kingdom; support@vohhu.com

I give notice that I cancel my contract for the following service:

  • Service and order number:
  • Ordered on:
  • Customer name:
  • Customer address:
  • Signature (only if sent on paper):
  • Date:

Starting during the cancellation period

Checkout presents this separate, unselected request: “I request Vohhu to begin providing this service during my 14-day cancellation period. I understand that if I cancel after work has begun, I may have to pay for the service supplied up to the time I cancel. If the service is fully performed during that period, I acknowledge that I will lose my right to cancel once performance is complete.” Payment alone is not described as a waiver of a cancellation right.

If you request an early start and then cancel after work begins, applicable law may require payment for the service supplied up to cancellation. If the service is fully performed after the required express request and acknowledgement, the statutory cancellation right may end.

Before and after work begins

Where a consumer cancels within an applicable 14-day period before performance begins, the item will normally be refunded in full. If validly requested work has begun, a lawful proportionate amount may be retained for service actually supplied. Starting work alone does not make a commissioned service non-refundable.

For an in-scope problem, the normal route is review, one scoped change request in that review cycle, or repeat performance where law requires it. Vohhu may provide a full refund if it cannot provide the service, cannot reasonably correct a material failure, agrees a discretionary resolution, or law requires the refund.

Domains, hosting and digital content

A successfully completed domain registration that you checked and confirmed is normally non-refundable. This does not remove remedies where registration failed, Vohhu or its provider could not supply it, Vohhu caused a wrong or duplicate registration, a statutory or fault remedy applies, or Vohhu expressly agrees a discretionary refund.

Managed Hosting is an ongoing service. Activating it does not mean the service has been fully performed. A consumer cancellation during an applicable initial period may involve a proportionate charge for service supplied after a valid early-start request. Scheduling subscription cancellation at period end does not delete hosting at the infrastructure provider.

Immediate digital-content supply uses a separate consent only for genuine digital content. Commissioned websites, content and automation remain services even though their output is digital.

Business purchases

Purchases made principally for a trade, business, craft or profession follow the applicable business contract rather than the consumer 14-day cooling-off route. This does not remove remedies for a failure to provide services with reasonable care and skill or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Refund and price-reduction operations

An authorised administrator reviews and executes refunds at item level. A request does not automatically refund an Order. The workflow supports full and partial item refunds while preventing refunds from exceeding the original payment.

Statutory, voluntary and supplier-recoverable amounts are recorded separately. Any Stripe processing fee is Vohhu's commercial cost and is not deducted from a statutory consumer refund.

A full refund does not automatically erase a Job, account, access history or financial records. Work may stop after refund unless needed to resolve or close the matter, and records may remain where law, accounting, security or a dispute requires them.

Complaints

Contact support@vohhu.com or write to the registered office. The Director of DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIA LIMITED owns the internal complaints process. Vohhu does not currently volunteer for an ADR scheme; legally required deadlock information will be given once a competent entity is established.
